Our agency was incorporated on July 16, 1987, and opened its first residence on April 1, 1988. Community Living Care, Inc. currently operates 21 residential group homes, an In-Home services program (HBW), Adult Training Facility, Senior Adult Daycare and Consulting services.

Our founder Hayes E. Treasure has worked relentlessly to provide top notch quality care for the developmentally challenged residents of Westmoreland County. His compassion and resolve have helped out many through the years and he will not refuse services to any individual in need, no matter what the impact to CLC.

Many innovative programs have been developed here at CLC by talented well educated staff that share Mr. Treasures compassion. We constantly strive to create a therapeutic, loving atmosphere for all who come through our doors.

With the addition of a specialist to develop new programs to our staff, we will begin to expand into adjacent counties with more tools to help those in need.
